We are seeking an experienced and driven IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role you will be responsible for the endtoend recruitment process for various levels and departments within the company with a focus on sourcing and hiring top talent. As a member of the recruiting team you will play a key role in building relationships with hiring managers and enhancing our employer brand. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying and engaging qualified candidates and ensuring a highquality candidate experience.

Tasks

  • FullCycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for a range of roles including executive and hardtofill positions
  • Talent Sourcing & Outreach: Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates through networking job boards social media employee referrals and industry connections
  • Candidate Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings interviews to ensure candidates meet both job and cultural fit requirements
  • Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements provide market insights and develop tailored recruitment strategies
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
  • Employer Branding: Enhance our employer brand through job advertising attending industry events and promoting the companys culture on social media platforms
  • Recruitment Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on key recruiting metrics such as timetofill costperhire and quality of hire to continuously improve recruiting practices
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed of industry trends and competitor practices to adjust recruitment strategies and remain competitive

Requirements

  • 3 years of recruiting experience preferably in the IT and Outsourcing sector
  • Proven track record of success in recruiting for a wide range of positions
  • Experience in a fastpaced or highgrowth environment is preferred
  • Strong sourcing skills including Boolean searches social media and networking
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with attention to detail
  • Datadriven approach to recruiting with an understanding of key metrics and KPIs
