Job Description
Position: Senior Accountant Consolidated Water Group (CWG) / Culligan
Supervisor: Director of Finance EDG
Location: This is a hybrid role and can be based in either Rosemont IL or Lombard IL
Responsibilities: Culligan (Consolidated Water Group) is seeking a senior accountant to join our team. The position is at our Lombard/Rosemont office however it can be a hybrid position. Each member of the accounting team is assigned specific accounting functions.
Duties include:
- Process financial transactions for a variety of locations.
- Provide financial analysis and forecasting.
- Reconcile financial transactions and summarize accounting information.
- Maintain accounting database with collecting and verifying financial information.
- Prepare financial reports and statements and verify accuracy.
- Support monthend and yearend closing procedures.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required along with 34 years of experience.
- Knowledge of federal and state tax guidelines.
- General accounting knowledge of reconciling general ledgers.
- Position requires a great deal of energy and a passion for excellence.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
