Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Quality Assurance Executive to join our team. This entrylevel role is perfect for recent graduates who are eager to start their career in quality assurance within a dynamic and fastpaced environment. The Quality Assurance Executive will be responsible for supporting the QA team in maintaining and improving the quality standards of our products and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the inspection and testing of products at various stages of production to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of quality inspections and other QArelated documentation.
- Follow and help enforce SOPs to ensure consistent quality across all processes.
- Participate in internal quality audits and assist in the preparation of audit reports.
- Collect analyze and report on quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure that all quality assurance activities comply with industry standards regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Assist in investigating and resolving quality issues working closely with production and other relevant departments.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and operational efficiency.
- Bachelors degree in a Sciencerelated field (e.g. Chemistry Biology Biotechnology or related disciplines).
- No prior experience required; internships or academic projects in quality assurance or related areas are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of quality control principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Eager to learn and develop in the field of quality assurance.
- High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Ability to adapt to a fastpaced work environment.
