- Proven expertise in surgical oncology techniques and best practices for treating cancer patients (Mandatory skill).
- Strong understanding of cancer biology including the molecular mechanisms of tumor development and metastasis.
- Experience in administering chemotherapy treatments and managing associated patient care plans.
- Demonstrated ability in performing complex tumor removal surgeries with precision and care.
- Comprehensive knowledge of pathology to accurately diagnose cancerous conditions using laboratory tests.
- Advanced patient care skills ensuring sensitivity and professionalism in every patient interaction.
- Excellent problemsolving skills to develop individualized treatment strategies and overcome healthcare challenges.
- Effective communication abilities to collaborate efficiently with multidisciplinary teams and convey medical information to patients and their families.
- Perform surgical oncology procedures while adhering to the highest standards of surgical practices.
- Collaborate with oncology teams to design and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
- Conduct thorough preoperative and postoperative assessments to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records documenting treatments and progress assessments.
- Engage in continuous education to stay current with advancements in oncology and surgical techniques.
- Consult with patients and their families to discuss diagnosis treatment options and recovery plans.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior surgeons and medical staff as a part of professional development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards within PNT protocols and procedures.
