Data Migration Architect

Our Enterprise Technology & System Integration team brings together skills in intelligent automation data engineering software integration and cloud platforms to help our clients align their technology capabilities with their strategic and operational objectives. Your Opportunity

As a Data Migration Architect within our Technology Advisory team you will play a crucial role by providing leadership and expertise across multiple data migration projects:

• Provide technical leadership for multiple data migration projects guiding teams in designing and implementing robust scalable and efficient migration solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and refine data migration strategies aligning technical and functional requirements with business objectives.
• Leverage deep technical expertise in TechnologyOne to ensure migration solutions consider the target systems constraints and capabilities optimizing performance and maintaining data integrity.
• Provide functional insights to inform the technical design and execution of data migrations bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution.
• Work across multiple projects to guide and support data migration leads and their teams ensuring adherence to architectural principles and best practices.
• Support project teams in resolving complex technical challenges acting as a subject matter expert for migrationrelated issues.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards across all migration activities.
• Collaborate with data migration leads to oversee project timelines risks and deliverables ensuring alignment with strategic goals and successful execution.

• Proven expertise in data migration architecture with a focus on ERP SCM HCM EAM or Property and Rating applications particularly TechnologyOne.
• Indepth technical knowledge of TechnologyOne including its data model integration capabilities and platform constraints.
• Strong understanding of data migration methodologies with the ability to guide teams while focusing on highlevel technical architecture.
• Proficiency in SQL with the ability to analyse and guide data mapping cleansing and validation processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work across multiple projects providing technical leadership and ensuring consistency in migration approaches.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear actionable guidance for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring or guiding technical teams to ensure alignment with architectural and strategic goals.
