ONSITE LOCATION BINGHAMTON NEW YORK
Qualifications Requirements:
- Masters or PhD in Material Science Chemical Engineering or related
field.
- 10 years of experience in electrochemical/chemical/material
science within the battery industry or other industries related to
material extraction.
- Proven ability to lead innovative initiatives that translate into
commercial success.
- Manage comprehensive R&D programs resource planning and product
lifecycle management.
Lead and expand R&D teams and facilities.
Establish strategic vision and manage technology development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and define a strategy to maintain and enhance technological
leadership in target markets.
- Lead the Corporate Innovation Center establish and staff it in
collaboration with leading universities and National Laboratories to
access and integrate new technologies.
Generate and manage R&D roadmap for company technology development
- Recruit mentor and manage a highperforming team of technology
experts focused on developing marketdriven technologies and
products.
- Standardize R&D processes and implement best practices to optimize
innovation and development efforts
Build and maintain relationships with key industry players and
research institutions to enhance market position and technological
advancements.
