Location: Fully remote. This opportunity is open to you if you can legally work remotely from one of our home countries in the UK Sweden Malta orSpain.

What the role entails:

Some of the key responsibilities of our Head of Commercial Central & Western Europe will be:

Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead and manage the Sales and Account Management teams across Central & Western Europe ensuring high performance and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth expand market presence and enhance client retention.
  • Act as the key internal and external point of contact for all Sales and Account Management matters handling escalations and ensuring seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align commercial goals with overall company strategy and objectives.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions events and networking functions to strengthen brand presence and business opportunities.

Revenue & Commercial Responsibility

  • Own and drive revenue growth for the Central & Western Europe region ensuring commercial success through strategic planning and execution.
  • Identify new business opportunities and key partnerships to enhance market share and longterm profitability.
  • Oversee key client relationships ensuring strong partnerships and delivering highvalue solutions that align with client needs.
  • Monitor industry trends competitor activity and regulatory changes to proactively adapt commercial strategies.

Operational Excellence & Compliance

  • Ensure all sales and account management activities adhere to company policies compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks.
  • Maintain accurate records of commercial activities including opportunities client interactions and market developments using company tools and CRM systems.
  • Ensure expense management travel requests and reporting align with company policies and processes.

People Management & Development

  • Foster a highperformance culture within the team ensuring motivation engagement and professional development.
  • Provide ongoing coaching feedback and performance reviews ensuring team members have clear goals and development plans.
  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent within the Commercial team.
  • Drive training initiatives to enhance team competencies and industry knowledge.

CrossFunctional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal departments such as Product Marketing Compliance and Finance to ensure smooth execution of commercial initiatives.
  • Continuously improve commercial processes policies and guidelines to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Travel Requirements

  • Travel domestically and internationally as needed for business meetings client engagements and industry events.



What we ask of you:
  • Extensive experience in a senior commercial role within the iGaming industry preferably with a supplier.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing highperforming sales and account management teams.
  • Deep knowledge of the Central & Western European gaming market including key operators regulations and industry trends.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales and account management strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at a senior level.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
  • High level of business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

The Head of Commercial for Central & Western Europe will lead and drive commercial success within the region overseeing both Sales and Account Management teams.
