    You will work on a longterm project for theleading global investment bank with a strong and profitable private clients franchise.

    Role description:
    The team Access Lifecycle Solutions within the area Identity & Access Management is responsible for providing centralized Identity & Access Management solutions. These provide permissions and roles to application users in a standardized and compliant process. The assignment of roles can either be automated or manual.

    We are looking for a Service Operations Specialist (f/m/x) who will be responsible for daytoday service operations for the central Identity & Access Management system.

    Responsibilities:

    • Management and supervision of the vendor responsible for RTB (RuntheBank) Operations
    • Drives resolution of incidents and issues supports S2/S1 incident calls for the One Identity Manager product.
    • Ensure escalation of operational regulatory or other risks to management
    • Management of smaller projects
    • Support of audit requests (presentation of the solution delivery of evidence...)
    • Data Quality Monitoring implementation and control
    • Service Operations (Incident Management Knowledge Management Problem Management Change management).
    • Ticket and process analysis to drive continuous improvements in implementations according to industry best practices.
    • Compliance with safety regulations and control processes
    • Independent handling of incidents service request
    • Day to day BAU activities such as monitoring business escalation handling
    • Supporting multiple applications under Access Lifecycle Solutions team (eg. dbAccessGate D1IMCore etc)
    • Ensure the stability of the system by proper planning patching upgrade DR ensure the CSO noncompliant requirement Workbench activities vulnerabilities remediation etc

    We are happy to hear from you if you have:

    • Completed degree in IT or a comparable qualification.
    • Proven experience in service operations of larger and complex ITsystems
    • Knowledge of ITIL processes
    • Experience in managing vendor teams.
    • Excellent communication skills (English fluent and German optional)
    • Knowledge of access lifecycle systems (with a focus on request & approval provisioning recertification admissions/exits) is desired.
