Your profile:
- Education: Economical or technical education
- Driving license (B)
- Experience: Commercial or Procurement
- Languages: English advanced (Italian or German its an advantage)
- Tools: Microsoft Office Excel other systems
- Travel: 70 on the field activity and 30 office. This role requires travels to our internal customer and our external suppliers.
What will you do in your daytoday job
- Your scope is to purchase raw materials (e.g. s) in due time manner from approved suppliers and subcontractors as well as finding new suppliers on the market.
- You will optimize the purchasing cycle maximize quality minimize costs and ensure that purchase orders and contracts comply with all
- You will provide accurate information to supplier verifying technical specifications with the end user.
- You will provide key data based on numerical analysis for decisionmaking. Carry out the management control process detect deviations and implement improvement actions.
- You will ensure fulfillment of Purchase Orders and Contracts and define the logistics of the products such as maritime land or air transportation.
