ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join Talon.Ones Sales Development organization. This frontline team plays a pivotal role in identifying understanding and helping potential customers enhance or transform their loyalty and promotions strategies which directly impacts their revenue acceleration.
You will gain essential skills in managing a territory using data intelligence to identify and prioritize target accounts and creating effective email and phone campaigns. Additionally you will learn how to engage with Csuite prospects coordinate crossdepartmental efforts and showcase the value of Talon.One and qualify for earlystage deals.
ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:
- Strategically research accounts and develop & execute communication plans using various channels (Phone Email LinkedIn video etc.).
- Work alongside toptier professionals in Sales Marketing and Partnerships in an environment that encourages innovation creativity and collaboration.
- Engage with Csuite decisionmakers and play a central role in discussing their business goals loyalty and promotions strategy as well as marketing challenges/opportunities.
- Work across a wide range of industries within the DACH region and broader EMEA expanding your expertise and broadening your impact.
- Access to cuttingedge sales and marketing technology that will support your success including Salesforce Gong Crossbeam Qualified Chatbot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- These will be your KPIs:
- Source and qualify opportunities to meet individual quotas.
- Bring exciting new clients to Talon.Ones customer base.
- Achieve success through meeting outreach KPIs setting meetings and conducting thorough discovery and qualification.
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- You speak German and English fluently and are confident making cold calls in both languages.
- We value individuals who thrive in goaloriented environments and are driven to succeed.
- Ideally previous SDR or similar experience in sales. But we are also open to individuals with highperformance backgrounds such as performing arts military and elite sports.
- Youre eager to connect and engage with people! Whether its through phone calls emails LinkedIn or video you can clearly and confidently start conversations that grab attention.
- You have a deep understanding of how to prioritize research opportunities and position products that align with customer needs.
- Youre motivated by targets and excited to meet your KPIs. You understand that hitting your goals means making an impact and driving growth for the company.
- Youre excited to work closely with Account Executives Marketing and Partnerships supporting them by scheduling demo meetings and helping move deals forward.
