As a Technical Consultant Oracle HCM Cloud youll be at the forefront of transforming HR technology for our clients. From implementing Oracle HCM modules like Core HR Payroll OTL Learn ORC and Talent Management to resolving production issues youll play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations. Collaborating with HR Payroll and functional teams youll deliver highquality technical solutions that drive business success.
Work with HR HRIS and Payroll teams to gather requirements for dashboards reports integrations and technical enhancements.
Develop and maintain technical assets including HDL HCM Extracts BI Publisher reports OTBI and Fast Formulas.
Provide technical support for US payroll (Oracle EBS) and nonUS payroll integrations with ADP.
Lead technical design for data conversions and reporting ensuring accurate and efficient implementation.
Collaborate with global project teams to estimate plan and execute implementations and upgrades.
Perform testing for reports data conversions and ensure smooth GoLive operations.
Optimize and automate processes through custom scripts and tools to drive efficiencies.
Handle daily operational priorities and user support requests effectively.
