Job Description

Handle corporate client inquiries via email phone and inperson meetings.

Coordinate with airlines hotels and other travel providers to fulfill corporate client travel requests.

Process flight bookings hotel reservations car rentals and other travel arrangements for corporate clients.

Prepare and distribute travel itineraries tickets and other necessary documents to corporate clients.

Maintain accurate records of corporate client information travel preferences and special requests.

Monitor travel trends and provide recommendations for costsaving opportunities to corporate clients.

Collaborate with other departments such as sales and finance to ensure seamless service delivery to corporate clients. Also with finance for reconciliation (when required).

Stay uptodate on industry trends travel regulations and corporate travel policies.



Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field.
  • Previous experience in corporate travel management or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in travel reservation systems (e.g. Amadeus Sabre) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.


BSc/BA in business administration, sales, tourism or relevant field Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role Proven sales track record Experience in customer support is a plus Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) Proficiency in English Market knowledge Communication and negotiation skills Ability to build rapport Time management and planning skills
