Red Ember Recruitment is looking for a Regional Sales Manager who will be responsible for the marketing and sales of the products offered by our client and in turn building long term customer relationships. This being with existing and potential new customers in an assigned market. This position reports directly into the head of Sales and Marketing. You need to develop a comprehensive understanding of the various industries that use or can become potential users of our clients products or services and to identify growth opportunities for the client.
- Must have at least 10year s experience is a regional sales role managing key accounts portfolio in excess of R250 million per annum preferably from a similar environment.
- Prepare weekly monthly and annual reports.
- Establish multilevel relationships within key accounts portfolio.
- Customer visits as required (travel locally and neighbouring countries).
- Prepare quotations proposals and sales contracts.
- Manage the order process from inception through to delivery.
- Manage customer forecasts and expectations.
- Coordinate the process of approval for new designs/artwork in conjunction with the key role players.
- Responsible for debtors within account portfolio.
- Keep abreast with current market conditions and trends.
- Management of customer complaints process.
- Prepare annual budgets for all key accounts.
- Communication of commercial changes in line with specific contract requirements.
- Computer literate (e mail excel Syspro etc).
- Broad based understanding of quality management systems.
