CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Eliciting requirements from interviews with customers and creating wellwritten system requirements documents Required 8 Years
- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Required 8 Years
- Business process reengineering and software process flow improvement Required 8 Years
- Development of user stories and use cases that conform to business analysis best practices Required 8 Years
- Designing mockups and/or wireframes that conform to UX best practices Required 8 Years
- Demonstrated strong communication and facilitation skills Required 5 Years
- Demonstrated strong writing and organization skills Required 5 Years
- Documented work experience with the requirements management software Modern Requirements Preferred 3 Years
- Documented work experience with the issue tracking software Atlassian Jira Preferred 3 Years
- Documented experience working for or closely with TEA or another state or local education agency Preferred 2 Years
