Your Role as a Sales Associate
As a Sales Associate youll:
Welcome customers with a friendly knowledgeable attitude.
Guide customers in selecting the perfect eBike for their needs.
Conduct test rides to showcase eBike features and benefits.
Maintain a clean and inviting showroom.
Stay uptodate on the latest eBike models and technology.
Support rental operations when needed.
Who Were Looking For
Were seeking a team member who:
Has 1 year of experience in retail or customerfacing roles.
Is motivated to achieve sales targets while managing multiple priorities.
Is eBikesavvy (or excited to learn!) with a strong understanding of riding techniques and a commitment to safety.
Has a passion for educating and empowering customers.
Is available to work weekends.
What Youll Do
Create a friendly first impression: greet walkins answer phones and guide test rides.
Provide clear enthusiastic product details to help customers find their perfect eBike.
Collaborate with our skilled mechanics to fulfill every customers needs.
Keep our showroom organized and inventory uptodate.
Gather customer insights and share ideas to help our business grow.
