Job Description
Handles a variety of exceptions in the import/export process for econnected plants in our eCustoms Global Trade System (SAPGTS) for all locations in Europe
Supports broker activities on request.
Handles daily exceptions and facilitate resolutions between Site Logistics carriers customers internal functions and government authorities.
Handles specific cases to facilitate customs operations such as excise movements and non clearance documents
Printing & Shipping ATRs (by courier) to facilitate trade between EU & T rkiye Resolves issues related to issuing of border crossing documents (ATRs/T2Ls).
Performs first level escalation for operational issues to the related parties.
Supports compliance cases such as sanctions and embargoes from operational point of view.
Addresses any customs related issues and identifies opportunities for improvement.
Supports RCIs audits and returns.
Assists in customs and compliance related trainings.
Maintains records and job aids.
Supports new systems updates as part of hyper care.
