Job Description
Our client a top tier Management & Strategy Consulting firm is looking for a Junior Project Manager for a top tier US Bank.
Qualification & Responsibilities:
Manage endtoend delivery of technology projects ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including business analysts developers and QA to drive project success.
Define project scope objectives and deliverables in alignment with stakeholder requirements.
Create and maintain detailed project plans schedules and status reports.
Facilitate daily standups sprint planning and retrospectives in Agile environments.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues ensuring timely resolution.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing regular updates on project progress and status.
Manage project budgets resources and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager preferably in the Banking/Finance sector.
Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Proficiency in tools like JIRA Confluence MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience managing crossfunctional teams and delivering technologyfocused projects.
Ability to work onsite in Chicago 3 days a week (locals only).
