Maintenance Electrical Engineer
We are looking for a Maintenance Electrical Engineer to join the Perthbased team to support a leading client in the energy and resources sector. In this role you will apply your technical expertise to maintain critical oil and gas infrastructure for a globally recognized industry leader.
As part of their team you will collaborate on innovative solutions for complex challenges in the energy and resources industries drawing on decades of experience while embracing modern sustainable practices.
This 12month contract offers aboveaverage hourly market rates and the opportunity to contribute to highimpact projects with one of the world’s most respected engineering firms. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Review and improve maintenance strategies to meet performance standards and regulatory requirements.
- Update Maintenance Master Data according to client guidelines.
- Manage critical spares create and maintain BOM/EPL and perform equipment criticality analysis.
- Audit CMMS systems (e.g. SAP MAXIMO JDE) and update maintenance and material master data.
- Lead initiatives to address recurring issues and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate inspections for process piping vessels and equipment following Australian and international standards.
About You:
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5 years in maintenance engineering within the oil & gas or energy sectors.
- Strong understanding of FMECA RCA and RCM methodologies along with experience in CMMS systems
