Job Description
Our areas of activity are Aerospace Defense & Security Big Science Biotechnology and Fintech.
We are seeking a PA/QA Expert with proven experience in hardware and software projects preferably in the Defense and/or Aerospace sectors.The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality reliability and compliance with standards at all project phases from design to implementation.
Tasks to be performed:
- Ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO 9001 AS9100 or other applicable standards).
- Implement and manage quality assurance (QA) and product assurance (PA) processes in hardware and software projects.
- Conduct internal and external quality audits.
- Define and oversee quality plans and validation and verification processes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure proper integration of hardware and software systems.
- Ensure compliance with specific regulations in the Defense and/or Aerospace sectors.
- Manage nonconformities and propose continuous improvement plans.
- Prepare technical reports and quality documentation
Required skills experience and candidate profile:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in PA/QA roles.
- Experience in projects involving hardware and software.
- Advanced knowledge of standards and regulations in the Defense and Aerospace sectors (e.g. DO178C DO254 ECSS MILSTD).
- Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Skills in auditing and quality control tools.
- Proficiency in technical English (spoken and written).

- Experience in certifications or validations in regulated environments.
