Job Description:
- Perform hardware deployments and manage portable and remote devices as well as peripheral devices.
- Facilitate data migration of emails and documents to a centralized Microsoft 365 (M365) tenant.
- Configure and troubleshoot standard desktop/laptop hardware printers and mobile devices.
- Assist with onboarding new users to M365 including SharePoint OneDrive and Outlook.
- Manage and maintain user data and information during hardware upgrades.
- Collaborate with IT leadership and court leadership to prioritize tasks and provide timely support.
- Ensure accurate inventory records for equipment and serialized assets.
- Work closely with court staff for office moves adds and changes.
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to the appropriate IT team members.
- Assist with testing troubleshooting and validating new hardware and applications.
- Maintain excellent communication with users regarding issue resolution and task completion.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Three years of IT support experience.
- Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience with M365 onboarding and user support (SharePoint OneDrive Outlook).
- Proficiency in migrating emails and documents to M365 Outlook and OneDrive.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 2016.
- Basic network configuration and troubleshooting skills (preferred).
- Familiarity with Windows Active Directory management (preferred).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with court processes and information systems (preferred).
