Overview:
Parikh Holdings is seeking a highly experienced and collaborative Fractional SEO Manager to lead and refine the SEO strategy across our portfolio of companies including Roverpass CodeGalaxy and Parikh Financial. This role focuses on creating impactful SEO strategies advising our internal teams and driving measurable results. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker technically proficient and an excellent communicator who thrives in a fractional/consultant capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic SEO Leadership:
- Develop and present a comprehensive SEO strategy tailored to each company within Parikh Holdings.
- Audit current SEO performance across websites identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Set clear goals for organic traffic growth keyword ranking improvements and domain authority enhancement.
- Team Guidance & Collaboration:
- Provide actionable recommendations to internal teams (marketing content and development) to implement SEO strategies effectively.
- Host regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
- Act as a trusted advisor ensuring smooth communication and execution between teams.
- SEO Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console Google Analytics (GA4) and Data Studio.
- Identify technical issues (site structure crawlability page speed) and recommend solutions using tools such as Screaming Frog Ahrefs or SEMrush.
- Keep up with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Proven SEO Expertise:
- 5 years of experience in SEO strategy preferably with diverse portfolios or multibrand companies.
- Strong technical understanding of SEO including site audits onpage optimization and linkbuilding.
- Handson experience with essential tools such as:
- Google Search Console and Google Analytics (GA4).
- Ahrefs SEMrush or Moz (alternatives acceptable).
- Screaming Frog or Sitebulb for technical audits.
- Surfer SEO Clearscope or Frase.io for content optimization.
- Strategic Vision & Leadership:
- Ability to develop highlevel strategies that drive measurable results.
- Experience collaborating with marketing and development teams to implement recommendations effectively.
- Exceptional Communication Skills:
- Clear concise and persuasive communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Track record of working well in fractional or advisory roles.
- Preferred:
- Experience working in industries such as hospitality EdTech or finance.
- Familiarity with international markets (USA Canada and LATAM).
