Job Description

This is an individual contributor role responsible for identifying and resolving issues of moderate complexity.
This position is at an intermediate professional level and requires strong execution and analytical abilities. This role works independently and receives minimal guidance.

  • Support all Traditional Banks/Credit Union implementation project requests for existing clients.
  • Consult directly with customers to understand requirements and be able to offer industry best practice recommendations for successful implementations.
  • Is able to meet specified job responsibilities with minimal guidance direction and/or involvement from management.
  • Will act as primary liaison between Visa support staff and customers and will represent customer system/operational requirements to internal organizations.
  • Will apply working knowledge of a variety of systems and procedures to assess business and technical impact of project requirements and communicate these to clients and internal Visa departments.
  • Plan and conduct member meetings and conference calls.
  • Manage routine and nonroutine moderately complex processing and change requests as well as support customer initiatives.
  • Assess operational opportunities to increase service quality or efficiency.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project plans status reports and issues logs.
  • Represent customer system and operational requirements to internal Visa organizations.
  • Responsible for own workflow assignments and must be able to take the initiative to resolve problems and meet deadlines.
  • Coordinate internal Visa resources to ensure delivery on commitments.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 23 set days a week (determined by leadership/site) with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.


Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2 years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD)
  • Experience using standard MS Office tools (e.g. MS Project Excel PowerPoint Word Visio etc.).
  • 1 to 3 years direct experience in project management is preferred.
  • 1 to 3 years experience in electronic funds transfer (EFT) ATM or retail banking is preferred.
  • Experience in a technologybased industry is preferred.
  • Ability to comprehend and translate technical issues.
  • Ability to synthesize technical information and apply to business solutions.
  • Must be able to handle multiple priorities at once and reprioritize tasks with minimal involvement from management.
  • Demonstrated success in customer relationship management.
  • Strong verbal written presentation and interpersonal skills are required.


Additional Information :

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 510% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 87200 to 123400 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on jobrelated factors which may include knowledge skills experience and location. In addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical Dental Vision 401 (k) FSA/HSA Life Insurance Paid Time Off and Wellness Program.
