Job Description

- Assist in leading the kitchen team ensuring highquality food production and presentation.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop innovative menus and uphold culinary excellence.
- Maintain high standards of food safety hygiene and compliance with HACCP regulations.
- Train mentor and inspire junior chefs to uphold Sofitels commitment to quality and service.
- Oversee kitchen operations including inventory control rostering and cost management.
- Focus on lunch/dinner la carte service and hotel banqueting
- Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications :
What you will bring to the role:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or senior leadership role in a luxury or highend dining environment.
- Must have strong experience in la carte dining and highvolume banqueting delivering exceptional quality in both fastpaced and fine dining environments.
- A passion for fine food creativity and modern culinary techniques.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to drive performance and excellence.
- A focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences through highquality cuisine.
- A commitment to maintaining kitchen standards hygiene and safety protocols.
- Formal culinary qualifications.
