Job Description
Our Head Chef Ben is now in the hunt for 1 Fulltime Demi Chef and 1 Parttime Demi Chef with to join the team and create some magic & mouthwatering meals. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking for PM shifts.
Your duties include:
- Perform general or specialised cooking duties
- Ensure all food produced is in line with kitchen recipes and presentation standards
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of programs to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and related outlets
- Train or supervise other kitchen team members and promote flexibility and productivity
Qualifications :
- Previous experience working in hot sections (grills/pans) is required
- Able to lead employees by setting a positive example
- Safety mindset and ability to foster safety culture
- Must have valid Australian working rights
- Available to work flexible rosters throughout the week majorly in the afternoon
