About the Role
We are looking for a driven analytical and businessoriented Talent & Sourcing Strategy Manager to develop and implement WirelessCars talent strategy ensuring longterm business growth. In this role you will play a key part in ensuring the company remains competitive in the global tech market securing the right talent and capabilities to drive future growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement WirelessCars talent strategy to secure business capabilities.
- Conduct organizational readiness and risk assessments related to talent availability.
- Collaborate with HR Procurement Finance and Business Strategy teams.
- Lead and optimize the Contingent Workforce program in Sweden including supplier negotiations contract management compliance and KPI followups.
- Drive global sourcing processes and develop futurefocused talent strategies.
- Act as a brand ambassador positioning WirelessCar as an employer of choice for top IT talent.
Your Profile
- Experience in talent and sourcing management within the IT sector.
- Background in HR Procurement or Business Development.
- Project management skills and ability to lead initiatives.
- Strong communication & leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of legal and financial aspects of contingent workforce management.
- Fluent in English (spoken & written).
