Key Responsibilities as a Mobile XRay Technologist
- Operate mobile Xray equipment and conduct diagnostic imaging procedures in varied locations ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to evaluate images and provide insights for accurate medical assessments.
- Maintain detailed documentation of performed procedures in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Ensure the operational readiness and maintenance of mobile radiography equipment addressing any technical issues promptly.
- Adhere to radiation safety protocols to protect patients self and others from unnecessary exposure.
Qualifications for a Successful Mobile XRay Technologist
- Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
- Valid state Radiologic Technologist license and ARRT certification.
- Demonstrated experience in mobile radiography preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and comfort.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in diverse healthcare settings.
Work Schedule:
8am4:30pm and 12:30pm9pm shifts with rotating oncall weekends and holidays
