Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
Greet all guests as they enter and exit the hotel while ensuring service standards are followed
Engage in conversation with first time visitors, showing them the lobby and offering directions as required
Assist guests regarding hotel facilities and promotions in an informative and helpful way
To follow department policies, procedures and service standards
To follow all safety policies
Other duties as assigned
Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures, provide information about hotel amenities, and answer general inquiries.
Ensure guests feel valued and attended to, addressing any concerns or requests promptly and efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby area.
Provide guests with information about local attractions, restaurants, transportation, and other services.
Assist with luggage handling and escort guests to their rooms as needed.
Manage guest requests, including arranging transportation, booking reservations, or other special services.
Work closely with front desk staff, concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
Monitor and maintain the safety and security of the lobby area.
Handle lost and found items, ensuring proper documentation and safekeeping.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, including guest feedback collection and reporting.
