About the Role
Were looking for an experienced IT Project Manager / Scrum Master with data expertise to lead a highimpact project in a dynamic environment. If you have a proven track record in managing complex data initiatives driving Agile delivery and ensuring successful project execution.
This is a handson role for someone who can bridge the gap between technology data and business teams. You will be responsible for delivering a critical data migration or transformation initiative working closely with engineering data and business stakeholders. You will drive Agile delivery manage risks and ensure clear reporting and governance.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the endtoend delivery of a datafocused project (migration integration or analyticsrelated).
- Acting as a Scrum Master coaching teams on Agile best practices and ensuring smooth sprint execution.
- Managing stakeholders across IT data and business teams aligning priorities and expectations.
- Overseeingdatarelated challenges (quality governance security reconciliation) and working with data engineers/analysts.
- Tracking progress risks and dependencies using tools like Jira Confluence and reporting dashboards.
- Collaborating with technical teams to remove blockers and ensure alignment on architecture and data strategy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager / Scrum Master in dataheavy projects.
- Strong understanding of data pipelines ETL data warehousing and API integrations.
- Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) SAFe a plus.
- Handson experience in datadriven environments (e.g. Cloud platforms SQL data governance frameworks).
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable plans.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills especially in regulated industries (FS Healthcare etc.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience in cloudbased data platforms (AWS Azure GCP).
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR PCIDSS).
- Prior work inFinancial Services Banking or Insurance.
- Experience and knowledge of financial reports (e.g. Securitisation and FCA returns for FS organisations).
What We Offer:
- Location: Hybrid (London office)
- Contract Length: 36 months (extension possible) Contract
- Day Rate: 450550 (Inside IR35)
- Start Date: ASAP
