About the Position

As a Customer Success Manager you will play a key role in managing and growing our customer relationships in Norway. Your focus will be on optimizing customer onboarding ensuring longterm success and identifying new business opportunities through datadriven insights and strategic collaboration.

A typical day in this role includes client meetings managing proposals and developing tailored solutions to support customers in streamlining their chemical management processes and achieving compliance. You will work closely with the marketing consultancy and product teams to continuously enhance our customer offerings.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Success & Onboarding: Partner with clients to ensure successful onboarding and longterm satisfaction.
  • Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor helping clients optimize their chemical management and compliance processes.
  • Collaboration & Innovation: Work crossfunctionally with sales product and consultancy teams to develop best practices and enhance customer success strategies.
  • Growth & Expansion: Drive the renewal and expansion of client agreements including upselling new features and rolling out solutions to additional markets.
  • Market Engagement & Branding: Represent Intersolia at seminars workshops and user meetings to strengthen client relationships and brand presence.
  • Data & Performance Analysis: Analyze customer activity review contracts and identify trends to support growth initiatives.
  • Revenue & Goal Management: Contribute to key business metrics including Net Revenue Retention (NRR) Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) with a sales budget of 2.5 million NOK.

This role is part of our sales organization of 20 professionals with a strong focus on managing and growing existing customer accounts in Norway.

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has 4 years of experience in B2B sales building strong client relationships and driving customer success.
  • Speaks fluent Norwegian and English with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and clients.
  • Is comfortable working with CRM systems like HubSpot Salesforce or similar.
  • Enjoy a dynamic work environment and are open to occasional travel.
  • Is a team player who thrives in collaboration but also takes initiative and ownership of tasks.
  • Isresultsoriented always striving to exceed targets and contribute to company growth.
  • Has a proactive mindset constantly looking for ways to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Is adaptable and solutionfocused able to navigate challenges and turn them into opportunities.
