Elevaris Medical Devices is a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) for industryleading multinational healthcare companies global Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and emerging technology companies. POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer this HR Generalist role has a broad scope of responsibilities. As a key member of the corporate HR team this role is responsible for all aspects of the daytoday employment life cycle and improving/implementing processes and programs that advance the effectiveness of HR Operations which all lead to positively impacting recruiting and retention of the companys most important asset our team members.

The role of Human Resources Generalist performs professional level human resources work advising and executing on work related to Talent Acquisition Employee Relations and Engagement Benefits Administration Employee Development and all administrative tasks related to employment records policies and procedures and leaves of absence. Additionally this position will provide adhoc administrative support to other CLevel executives/ department heads.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintains compliance with federal state and local employment laws and regulations and recommends best practices
  • Partners with hiring managers and manages all aspects of recruiting such as job postings in our ATS agency vender management screening candidates interview setup and ensuring a positive prehire experience for all candidates
  • Coordinates new hire process including Elevaris New Team Member Onboarding new hire paperwork and coordinates departmental onboarding plan with hiring manager
  • Maintains accurate digital/physical employment records in compliance with company policy and all local state and federal laws
  • Approaches and answers all employee inquiries regarding Human Resource policy procedures or employee handbook interpretations with a service mindset and escalates to HR leadership as needed
  • Effectively and knowledgeably supports managers and employees through any needed coaching or counseling
  • Ensures HRIS is being maintained and used accordingly and that all necessary data reflecting changes to employee records (salary title reporting structure etc.) is submitted in a timely manner
  • Manages maintains and monitors all leaves of absence and workers compensation case files; followsup on open cases
  • Executes Voice of Employee programs (surveys listening sessions) and advises HR leader on findings
  • Manages employee development programs including statefunded grant programs and associated venders
  • Maintains and coordinates employee recognition programs leads Employee Activities Team
  • Acts as role model for the Elevaris Values of Integrity Invested Inclusion and Ingenuity and operates ethically to protect the assets and image of Elevaris
  • Provides adhoc administrative support to other CLevel executives/ department heads
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as per business need

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of bachelors degree in human resources business or other related field; or equivalent experience of 47 years without degree
  • Must have at least 2 years of direct experience in a similar HR role (i.e. Generalist Coordinator Manager) with past responsibilities for aspects of HR administration detailed above including benefit and leave administration recruiting and legal compliance
  • Demonstrated use of ingenuity related to problemsolving in prior work/life experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to act with integrity professionalism and confidentiality

  • SHRMCP or equivalent a plus
