About the role
We are seeking an experienced IT Service Management Specialist to oversee and optimize IT services ensuring highquality support for infrastructure and applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in service management infrastructure and PC hardware lifecycle with mandatory experience in Mac environments.
Tasks
- Manage and improve IT service delivery processes.
- Provide support and oversight for infrastructure and applications.
- Ensure efficient PC hardware lifecycle management including provisioning and maintenance.
- Administer and troubleshoot Mac environments (mandatory requirement).
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance IT service quality.
- Maintain and improve documentation of IT processes and best practices.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in IT Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure and applications.
- Experience managing PC hardware lifecycle.
- Mandatory experience with Mac systems.
- Strong problemsolving skills and serviceoriented mindset.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Must be located in Portugal for remote work eligibility.
