We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in designing user-friendly interfaces and enhancing user experiences across our digital platforms. Job Description:
- Research & Analysis:
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify user needs.
- Analyze competitor products and industry trends to inform design decisions.
- Wireframing & Prototyping:
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate with senior designers to refine ideas and iterate on designs based on feedback.
- Visual Design:
- Assist in creating visually appealing designs that align with our brand guidelines.
- Develop and maintain design assets, including icons, typography, and color palettes.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure a cohesive design process.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Documentation:
- Help maintain design documentation and guidelines for consistency across products.
- Contribute to presentations and reports on design progress and outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and a clear understanding of UX/UI principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.

- Creating Personas: Assisting in developing user personas based on research to inform design decisions.
2. UX Design:
- Wireframing: Creating wireframes to illustrate the structure and layout of digital products, helping teams visualize how users will interact with them.
- Prototyping: Building low- and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision to simulate how the product will work before it's developed.
- User Flows: Mapping out user journeys and flow diagrams to ensure the design aligns with the needs of users and meets business goals.
- Information Architecture: Assisting in organizing content and functionality in a way that users can easily navigate and understand.
3. UI Design:
- Visual Design: Creating visually appealing UI elements like buttons, icons, typography, color schemes, and layouts.
- Design Systems: Helping to establish or maintain a design system (a collection of reusable UI components and patterns) that ensures consistency across the product.
- Responsive Design: Designing interfaces that work across various screen sizes, from desktop to mobile devices.
- Collaboration with Developers: Working closely with front-end developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly and meet the user experience standards.
