Our client a new Silicon Valley based profitable B2C product startup building innovative mobile solutions for the planet is now looking for a talented Product Manager to join its expanding team.
Location: Ukraine Poland

About project and position:
Based in Silicon Valley and backed by toptier VCs is a new mobile innovator delivering exciting new products for consumers across the planet.
The company has a flagship VPN application that drives 10M MAUs. There are others in the portfolio as well as others in development.
About Role:
Reporting to the Head of Product the Product Manager will lead the development and execution of product strategies manage the product lifecycle and ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects. This role requires strategic thinking excellent leadership communication and project management skills to navigate complex environments and drive crossfunctional teams to achieve our product goals.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Product Management:
- Define and execute the product vision strategy and roadmap for the soontobelaunched Windows product.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs market trends and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements features and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain detailed product specifications and documentation.
- Work closely with design engineering and marketing teams to ensure the successful development and launch of new features and products.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics user feedback and market trends to inform product decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the product.
- Define and execute the product vision strategy and roadmap for the soontobelaunched Windows product.
- Project/Program Management:
- Lead and manage multiple projects and programs concurrently ensuring they are completed on time and within scope and budget.
- Develop detailed project plans timelines and milestones and track progress against them.
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams including design engineering QA marketing and customer support to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that could impact project delivery.
- Communicate project status updates and risks to stakeholders and management.
- Implement best practices and processes for project management.
- Foster a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous improvement within the team.
- Lead and manage multiple projects and programs concurrently ensuring they are completed on time and within scope and budget.
Requirements:
- Experience in product and project/program management in the desktop and mobile application industry.
- Experience working with remote geographically distributed teams
- Proven track record of successfully managing and launching mobile applications or software products.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. JIRA Asana Trello) and product management tools (e.g. Aha! ProductPlan).
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Passion for client technology and a deep understanding of usercentric design principles.
- Understanding of the Windows app ecosystem
- English UpperIntermediate.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with monetization models within projects.
- Familiarity with Firebase and Google Analytics.
- Strong skills in market and user analysis.
- Experience collaborating with UX/UI designers and marketing teams.
- Proficiency in MIRO.
- Experience using design tools such as Figma.
- Understanding critical metrics such as LTV ROAS ARPU ARPPU etc.
- Experience in conducting A/B testing.
