Job Description
Role: Trainer
Location: Visakhapatnam Andhra Pradesh
Experience: 34 Years
Salary: Upto 3.54 LPA
Project: Skill Development Centre (SDC)
Job Summary:
The Trainer will be responsible for delivering highquality training sessions on tire building and bead
binding/operating. This role involves preparing lesson plans conducting theory and practical classes
and assessing the progress of trainees.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Delivery:
- Conduct theory classes on tire building and bead binding/operating covering all topics
- as per the curriculum.
- Lead practical training sessions demonstrating techniques and supervising trainees.
- Use a variety of instructional methods to ensure trainees understand and retain information.
Curriculum Implementation:
- Follow the curriculum provided by NSDC and RCPSDC ensuring all training modules are covered comprehensively.
- Develop lesson plans and training materials to enhance learning experiences.
Assessment and Evaluation:
- Assess trainee performance through tests assignments and practical evaluations.
- Provide constructive feedback to trainees and support them in improving their skills.
- Maintain accurate records of trainee attendance assessments and progress.
Student Engagement:
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Address trainee queries and concerns offering guidance and support as needed.
- Motivate and encourage trainees to achieve their learning goals.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the Centre Manager and other staff to ensure smooth coordination of training activities.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the training program.
- Assist in organizing onthejob training sessions at the YOHT plant.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Education or a related field.
Minimum of 23 years of experience in training or teaching preferably in a technical or
vocational setting.
Expertise in tire building and bead binding/operating.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with skill development programs.
Familiarity with NSDC and RCPSDC guidelines and standards.
Certification in training or education.
