Are you a qualified Part Three Associate Director or Director with experience in Datacentres Are you looking for a fastpaced and challenging role in a Central London firm If so then we have the perfect opportunity for you.
Career Trails is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director to join our clients dynamic team in London. As an Director you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our company. If you are an Associate this role will enable you to fastrack to Director level including equity in the business.
You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the Datacentre projects as well as providing strategic leadership and guidance to the team. Must have a developed business development network in the desired field.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead teams doing the Datacentre projects from conception to completion
Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards knowledge of Revit
Provide strategic direction and guidance to the team ensuring all project objectives are met
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients stakeholders and team members. Ideally you will have a little black book in this area.
Oversee the recruitment training and development of team members
Monitor and report on project progress identifying any potential issues and implementing solutions
Keep uptodate with industry trends and developments and implement best practices in project management
Assist in business development activities including identifying new opportunities and building relationships with potential clients
Can come from a life sciences nuclear power or complex MEP background.
Requirements:
Part Three qualification in Architecture or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years experience in datacentre projects
Strong leadership and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
Proficient in relevant software and tools
