About the Role
RavenPack is seeking an experienced FrontEnd Tech Lead with proven experience working in fast moving highperformance development squads to lead the technical design and development of AI agentic workflows and datadriven solutions on our bigdata.com product. This role offers the right candidate an opportunity to lead a team of engineers at the cutting edge of delivering scalable high performance solutions in collaboration with our ML Engineers Data Scientists Product Managers and Analytics specialists ensuring bestinclass deliveries for our global organisation and clients.
This position is ideal for a skilled handson selfmotivated and enthusiastic Tech Lead who will thrive in an exciting highpaced environment leading a crossfunctional squad; building deploying and iterating rapidly on a new product at the centre of the AI technology revolution.
Only candidates with EU legal working status will be considered.This role is available in our Marbella or Madrid office.
Key Responsibilities
Lead product technical design and solution development by leveraging deep expertise in FrontEnd and supporting knowledge through the full stack.
Lead mentor and manage daytoday work of a squad of crossfunctional engineers to support rapid iterative delivery in a highly responsive positive motivational productfocused environment.
Design develop and maintain scalable highperformance systems to support cuttingedge AI agentic workflows and datadriven solutions.
Maintain an outcomeoriented perspective in close collaboration with a Product Manager and ensure the squad is delivering and iterating on usable user workflows tiptotail.
Ensure clean efficient scalable and maintainable solutions & code including robust testing version control and performance optimisation.
Ensure seamless integration of data solutions into existing infrastructure ensuring optimal performance.
Support the applicationside implementation of automated development tools for a continuous deployment SDLC.
Keep up to date with advancements in software engineering machine learning and AI to recommend and incorporate leading technologies and practices into the organisation.
Qualifications
5 years of engineering experience with a focus on delivering realworld scalable commercial solutions.
ReactJS Typescript NodeJS Git MSWjs mocking framework or similar.
Handson experience with AWS & Serverless web apps.
Experience working with containerised solutions using Docker.
Unit and UI automated testing experience. (Jest Playwright SAST DAST Performance etc.)
Experience writing reliable maintainable code for a commercial product.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across crossfunctional teams and convey complex ideas clearly in English both verbally and in writing.
Attention to detail with excellent problem solving skills.
An Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent.
Enthusiasm for ongoing learning.
Desirable
Experience implementing and/or working with a Micro FrontEnd architecture.
Handson experience with AI agent workflows.
Experience with LLM technologies and Machine Learning.
Experience of trunkbased development in a continuous deployment software lifecycle with feature flags.
Experience of React Native.
Supporting backend experience. (Python Java SQL NoSQL YQL with Vespa.ai etc.)
Experience with scripting languages such as Bash for automation and scripting tasks.
Financial industry experience.
Familiarity using LLMs to accelerate day to day development.
