Strategic Performance Marketing Leadership:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive lead generation member acquisition and retention across all Anytime Fitness Corporate markets including but not limited to Singapore Malaysia Indonesia Thailand and Vietnam.
- Optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms including Meta Ads Google Ads YouTube TikTok and programmatic advertising to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee A/B testing strategies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.
- Leverage datadriven insights to refine audience targeting bidding strategies and ad creatives for optimal performance.
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to align lead generation efforts with business goals.
Team Leadership & Coordination:
- Mentor members of the Digital Marketing team providing strategic direction and ensuring seamless execution of regional performance marketing campaigns.
- Set clear performance KPIs track progress and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including operations sales and clublevel stakeholders to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
Campaign Management & Execution:
- Oversee the development implementation and optimization of multichannel performance marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all campaigns are aligned with the brands business goals and consistently deliver highquality leads.
- Monitor and adjust bidding strategies ad creatives and landing page performance to improve conversion rates.
- Manage retargeting strategies to nurture potential leads and enhance customer retention.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Utilize analytics tools such as Meta Ads Manager Google Analytics and CRM platforms to track campaign performance and optimize marketing spend.
- Conduct regular data analysis to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as CPL ROAS CTR and CPA to ensure budget efficiency.
Stakeholder & Partnership Management:
- Efficiently manage relationships with internal stakeholders and partners for marketing activities ensuring timely and highquality deliverables.
- Collaborate with ad platforms and thirdparty vendors to enhance campaign performance.
- Work closely with the design team to develop optimized ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions.
Budgeting & Cost Efficiency:
- Exhibit financial acumen by managing allocated budgets with clear trackable deliverables and performance measurements.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets across multiple regions ensuring costeffective use of resources and maximizing ROI.

- Stay uptodate with the latest trends in performance marketing emerging digital platforms and industry best practices.
