As a Strategic Partnerships Account Manager you will be responsible of:

  • Be the main point of contact with the partner and maintain a long term relationship ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Understand partners needs and objectives to propose appropriate solutions.
  • Renew and/or expand existing accounts.
  • Participate in regular meetings with clients to review service/product performance.

  • Account growth:
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling of additional products or services.
    • Develop strategies to increase profitability of existing accounts (negotiate pitch monitor...).
  • Internal coordination:
    • Collaborate with Marketing Operations CRM teams... to ensure that partner expectations are met.
    • Ensure all the departments of the company are understood and prioritize customer needs.


    Your profile :

    • Business or engineering school background
    • 2 years of experience in Account Management (Enterprise preferred) or consulting
    • Native Spanish speaker fluent in English
    • Able to move in a fastgrowing environment: proactive autonomous motivated and organised
    • Previous experience in a scaleup and/or in the Real Estate sector is a plus
