Job Description
Experience: 510 Years
Location: Pune
Mode: Hybrid
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement objective metrics for workplace systems (notebooks VDIs mobile devices and Macbooks)
- Proactively discover and analyse performance issues impacting employee experience
- Set up automated remediation scenarios to resolve identified issues
- Communicate with all levels of the company hierarchy to identify trends and resolve incidents
- Utilise Nexthink for indepth analysis and reporting
- Implement a strong automation approach for continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain a zeroincident strategy
- Collaborate across the organisation to improve digital employee experience
- Take ownership of problems and conduct thorough root cause analyses
