About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Nexthink Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing implementing and optimizing the Nexthink platform to enhance the digital employee experience for our client based in Bangalore. This hybrid role requires a blend of technical expertise strategic thinking and handson experience in Nexthink operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Nexthink Platform Design and Implementation:
- Architect and implement Nexthink solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Lead the deployment and configuration of Nexthink modules (such as Engage Act or Infinity).
- Integration and Customization:
- Integrate Nexthink with ITSM tools like ServiceNow SCCM or other IT Operations tools.
- Customize dashboards campaigns and reports to align with business needs.
- Monitoring and Optimization:
- Monitor digital employee experience metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks using Nexthink data.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with IT Operations EndUser Computing (EUC) and other teams to ensure seamless delivery of digital workplace solutions.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for client teams on Nexthink capabilities.
- Incident Management and Root Cause Analysis:
- Leverage Nexthink for realtime issue detection and root cause analysis.
- Develop automation scripts for recurring IT issues using Nexthink Act.
- Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards in the design and deployment of Nexthink solutions.
- Stay updated on Nexthink best practices and product updates.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in IT with at least 3 years working directly with the Nexthink platform.
- Experience in digital experience monitoring (DEM) and optimization.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong understanding of Nexthink architecture components and modules (Analyzer Engage Act).
- Proficient in scripting (e.g. Python PowerShell) for automation and customization.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM tools integration.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven track record of working in hybrid or clientfacing roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Nexthink Advanced or Architect Certification.
- Handson experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or other cloud ecosystems.
