Full Stack Engineer (Solana & Crypto Trading)
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with a deep background in Solana protocols and crypto trading. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in both frontend and backend development building highperformance applications for trading platforms and DeFi applications. A strong background in onchain trading particularly within the Solana ecosystem is highly preferred.
Frontend Expertise:
- 5 years of experience in frontend development primarily with React Next.js and TypeScript.
- Expertise in building fast dynamic and scalable web interfaces.
- Comfort with realtime data handling including web socket management.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and their application in trading platforms.
Backend Expertise:
- 5 years of experience in backend development with proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
- Strong command of relational databases such as Postgres or MySQL with experience in optimising performance for highreliability systems.
- Experience building and maintaining backend systems supporting a large user base.
- Understanding of API design security best practices and efficient data handling.
Autonomy & Leadership:
- Ability to work independently and proactively manage tasks from concept to deployment.
- Demonstrated leadership in previous roles particularly within crypto trading platforms or exchanges.
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to identify challenges and implement effective solutions promptly.
Trading & Crypto Knowledge:
- Experience with DeFi platforms onchain trading and decentralized exchanges.
- Understanding of memecoin trading dynamics on Solana and relevant market trends.
- Passion for crypto trading; being an active trader on Solana is a strong plus.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience working on backend systems for crypto trading platforms DeFi applications or dataheavy services.
- Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and collaborative development tools.
- Deep understanding of Solana smart contract interactions and blockchain indexing.
- Ability to optimize performance for blockchainrelated applications.

Hiring Criteria
- Strong experience in both frontend (React Next.js TypeScript) and backend (Node.js TypeScript Postgres/MySQL) development.
- Direct experience working at a leading Solana protocol contributing to critical platform infrastructure and trading mechanics.
- Handson experience in onchain trading either professionally or as an active trader with a deep understanding of market trends.
- Experience leading significant projects within a crypto trading platform or exchange.
