Profile

We are looking for an experienced AI leader with a strong background in implementing and monetizing AI solutions across customerfacing and internal business functions. The ideal candidate should have extensive handson expertise with opensource AI technologies and a proven ability to drive AI adoption at scale. The individual should have a track record of building and leading AI teams working crossfunctionally with stakeholders and delivering AIdriven business impact. They should be highly strategic yet handson capable of balancing innovation with execution. Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate AI strategies to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders are essential.

Role

This role requires a technically sound AI leader who can define and execute an AI strategy integrate AI solutions into key business areas and lead teams to successfully deploy AIdriven innovations. You will work closely with Csuite executives product teams operations customer care and finance to ensure AI delivers measurable business impact. Must have

• AI Strategy & Leadership: Experience in defining and executing AI strategies that align with business goals.
• AI Development & Implementation: Handson expertise in AI frameworks such as TensorFlow PyTorch and OpenAI APIs.
• AI Monetization: Proven track record of building and deploying AI solutions that drive revenue and efficiency.
• CustomerFacing AI: Experience with AIdriven vision systems chatbots recommendation engines and predictive analytics.
• Internal AI Optimization: Knowledge of AIdriven automation for finance operations and customer care.
• Team Leadership: Experience in managing AI/ML teams fostering innovation and driving AI literacy across the organization.

• OpenSource & OnPremise AI: Strong understanding of opensource AI adoption and costeffective AI deployment strategies.
