Job Description
We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Enfield to assist with the appointment of a Rough Sleeper Outreach Team Manager on a 3month contract likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: 23.56 29.51 per Hour
Responsibilities:
- Developing performance targets and quality control measures for the work of the team and monitoring team members work to ensure that these are met.
- Responsible for setting clear objectives and holding individual supervisions regularly.
- Ensuring good communication between staff by holding team meetings regularly and additional briefings as necessary.
- Inducting new staff and planning the continuing development of existing staff and ensure that PDR are undertaken.
- Managing the workload of the team to ensure that adequate cover is provided at all times.
Requirements:
- Experience of taking a lead in developing street or community outreach services. Also to supervise and motivate a staff team and to support and coach skilled outreach practitioners and volunteers
- Experience of delivering and administering an assertive case management approach and motivating complex and diverse client groups to engage with support.
- Ability to broker relationships with services and develop pathways to enable clients to make and sustain positive change.

- You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
- You should have right to work in U.K
- This role requires a basic DBS
