Job Description
Position: Quality Inspector Electronics Manufacturing
Shift: 1st Hours: 7:00 AM 3:30PM
Type: FullTime Mode: ContractToHire
Pay Scale: $1820hr (Negotiable) Industry: Manufacturing
Our client is seeking a Quality Inspector for Electronics Manufacturing. To be considered for this position applicants will need a minimum of 13 years of experience in the electronic field.
Job Responsibilities:
- Inspect electronic components bare PC boards and mechanical parts against customer specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct incoming inspections on bare PCBs per IPCA600 as well as electrical and mechanical components.
- Verify documentation accuracy including Certificates of Conformity FAI reports and test data.
- Ensure workmanship quality meets customer and industry standards.
- Perform conformal coat inspections as directed.
- Identify and handle nonconforming materials following established procedures.
- Assist engineering in creating quality inspection plans.
- Manage and publish inspection reports.
- Work independently with minimal supervision and perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of Quality Assurance (QA) or Quality Control (QC) experience in electronics manufacturing.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to read write and speak English fluently.
- Basic knowledge of electronic component identification.
