JOB TITLE: Manufacturing Engineer 4
LOCATION: San Antonio TX
PAY RATE: $80.50/hour

Summary:
-
Act as an SME within Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to analyze product development producibility and tooling strategies.
-
Develop and refine manufacturing plans ensuring process capability aligns with requirements.
-
Oversee design changes minimizing disruption while optimizing benefits.
-
Facilitate collaboration across commodities and support installation planning in San Antonio.
-
Drive Lean Enterprise initiatives and document producibility best practices.
-
Integrate design and build changes ensuring seamless execution across stakeholders.
-
Manage program architecture and oversee build integration milestones.
-
Support engineering design changes mitigating risks to schedules.
-
Develop and implement manufacturing and installation plans.
-
Assist in process and tool improvement initiatives.
Required Skills:
-
Bachelors degree in STEM (ABET accredited) and 10 years of related experience or equivalent education/experience.
-
5 years of experience interpreting engineering drawings blueprints and schematics.
-
5 years of experience developing engineering technical data packages for aircraft parts.
-
Strong technical writing skills and ability to collaborate on problemsolving.
-
Proficiency in CATIA.
Desired Skills:
-
5 years of experience with IVT.
-
Experience with GoldEsp.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
