Visas Graduate Programme:
Visa hires into its Graduate programme across Asia Pacific (APAC) Latin America (LAC) CEMEA (Central Europe Middle East & Africa) and Europe. Within each region we hire Graduates into a variety of business functions joining as one cohort part of a Global programme.
This is a 2year programme where you are supported with various skills and development sessions throughout your time as a Graduate.
By joining Money Movement Solutions as a Graduate you will:
- Work alongside an experienced and dynamic team as well as top clients expanding your knowledge in the payments sector and developing new ways to move money using Visas networks.

Team Description
The Money Movement Solutions team (MMS) at Visa works on designing managing and growing products and solutions for moving money using Visas networks e.g. Visa Direct Currency Cloud and B2B Connect.
These products and services are typically aimed at commercial entities including banks fintechs remitters marketplaces and other organizations.
These capabilities support collections multicurrency accounts disbursements of P2P and B2B funds. MMS spans across different dimensions of money movement including crossborder transactions disbursements money transfers and more. The MMS team is the growth engine for Visa by driving business growth at 35% p.a. over the next 35 years
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Learn about Visa Direct services targets ecosystem etc
- Support the team in their sales activities: preparation of personalized presentation data analytics business case preparation etc
- Join Salesperson in meetings capture notes and actions
- Support in events/campaigns organization
- As a stretch: Develop new client target group (Analyse revenue potential research pipeline build tailored sales approach and pitch to face to face to target group prospect)
Qualifications :
Visa are a talented team of 15000 individuals with unique backgrounds perspectives and experiences. Our qualifications to apply can be noted below:
- Right to work in the country you are applying to
- Graduation date of 2025
- Ability to start full time in September 2025
- Basics understanding of the payments ecosystem or desire to learn
- Very good communication (written and verbal) capabilities in both local language & English
- Master tools such as PowerPoint excel to support all activities
