About Us
Were building a B2C product that stands out—not another cookiecutter SaaS app. Our goal is to create a seamless intuitive and visually distinctive user experience. We take inspiration from apps like Robinhood (modern whitespace and UX components) and The Farmers Dog (unique data intake flows) to craft something truly different.
The Role
Were looking for a UX Designer who can help bring our vision to life. Right now wireframing and UX planning have been handled internally but we need someone dedicated to crafting an optimal user flow across the entire application. Youll work closely with our strong creative designer (who owns the visual design) and our development team to ensure our UX isnt just functional but delightful.
Responsibilities
- Own the wireframing process translating ideas into clear userfriendly flows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine interaction models.
- Think through the endtoend experience and user journeys ensuring intuitive navigation and data intake.
- Work closely with our designer to ensure the UX and UI are cohesive.
- Provide guidance on component usage and layouts (were using React with ANT but open to custom components where needed).
- Challenge standard UI conventions—no hamburger menus here—help us create a fresh unique experience.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in UX Design HumanComputer Interaction (HCI) Interaction Design Product Design or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in UX design with a focus on wireframing user flows and interaction design.
- Strong ability to listen understand vision and translate it into UX structure.
- Experience with modern design patterns and UI/UX best practices while knowing when to break the mold.
- Familiarity with componentbased design in a React environment (ANT Design experience is a plus).
- A portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX design ideally with consumerfacing products.
Bonus Points For
- Experience in AIdriven UI customization.
- Previous work on B2C products with a strong focus on conversiondriven flows.
- A strong POV on UX but also flexible enough to collaborate and iterate quickly.
