Tasks
We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. The primary responsibility of a Graphic Designer is to create visually compelling and brandconsistent graphics for a wide range of media. Graphic designers play a pivotal role in crafting visual communications that effectively convey messages while ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing.
Responsibilities:
- Design and produce engaging and onbrand graphics for various media formats including digital and print
- Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and objectives
- Conceptualize and develop visual concepts and designs that align with project goals and brand identity
- Create preliminary drafts and present design concepts for review and feedback
- Utilize design software and when necessary manual techniques to produce illustrations logos and other graphical elements
- Make informed choices regarding type size style and layout to enhance the visual and textual components of designs
- Select appropriate color schemes and layouts that resonate with the target audience and brand aesthetics
- Work closely with copywriters and creative directors to refine and finalize designs for various projects
- Conduct testing to ensure graphics display optimally across different media and devices
- Actively incorporate feedback and revise designs to meet project specifications and client expectations
- Strive to maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines to ensure that final graphics and layouts are not only appealing but also onbrand
Requirements
Experience:
- Demonstrate a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics that showcase your design skills and creativity which should be attached to your CV
- Possess at least 3 years of professional experience in a Graphic Designer role demonstrating a track record of successful design projects
- Knowledge or experience in Cryptocurrency/Blockchain is considered an advantage as it may be relevant to the companys industry
- Be proficient with design software and technologies including but not limited to InDesign Illustrator and Photoshop
- Exhibit a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail ensuring the highest quality in design work
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members and clients to understand and deliver on design requirements
- Excel in organizing prioritizing and multitasking meeting deadlines and managing multiple design projects simultaneously
- Be techsavvy and stay updated with the latest design and technology trends to bring innovative and fresh perspectives to design projects
- Must be proficient with Microsoft tools including Outlook 365 and Teams.
Level of studies: Diploma Bachelor or Master Degree in Design or similar
Language Requirements: Fluent in English
