Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role for an HR Manager located in the Detroit Metropolitan Area. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing employee recruitment onboarding training performance management and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills
- Employee Relations and Performance Management
- Understanding of Employment Laws and Regulations
- Experience in Training and Development
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to Work in a FastPaced Environment
- Experience with HRIS and ATS systems
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
- Has experience of supporting and supervising sales team CRM workflow
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English preferred
