Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Frenchspeaking customer service representative to join our dynamic team in Lisbon Portugal. The ideal candidate will be fluent in French and passionate about providing excellent service to customers. You will assist Frenchspeaking clients with inquiries resolve issues and contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide highquality customer support in French via phone email and chat.
- Assist customers with a range of inquiries including product information troubleshooting and order assistance.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently aiming for firstcontact resolution.
- Handle customer feedback and escalate issues as necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Ensure all customer issues are resolved in a timely manner while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other teams to improve customer service processes.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on company updates and changes.
- Meet and exceed customer service performance metrics and targets.
- Promote a positive company image and enhance customer loyalty through effective communication.
Requirements:
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problemsolving ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with customer service tools.
- Flexible and reliable with the ability to work shifts including early mornings and evenings.
Working Conditions:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday Rotating shifts between 06:00 and 22:00.
- Days Off: Saturday and Sunday.
- Location: Onsite in Lisbon Portugal.
- Salary: Competitive salary with additional benefits.
- Start Date: As soon as possible.
